If you have attempted to use the Minnesota VRS network this morning (8/25/16) you may have noticed some errors starting the survey. We have noticed a “Login Failed” message (see image below) routing users to their Username and Password. The username and password that is filled in should still be correct, however, the network is not identifying the usernames at this time. Please be patient until further notice. We will notify everyone when the network is back up and running.
