Trimble Access version 2017.00 is now available and includes support for the Spectra Precision Focus 30 and Focus 35 total stations, and the Spectra Precision SP60 and SP80 GNSS receivers. In addition, a number of frequently requested customer enhancements have been implemented. Some notable updates include the following:
TSC2 controller is no longer supported.
Easily copy job files from a different location such as an external drive into Trimble Access using the Copy job files from command.
Longer job names supported – increased from 16 characters to 32 characters.
Option to configure behavior when exiting alignment stakeout – configure the software to either return to the main menu, or to display the Select a file screen, which enables you to select a different alignment.
Keyboard shortcut for selecting job or folder – you can now press the first character of the job or folder name on the keypad to select the first job or folder that begins with that character.
Use the new Match softkey to search for items in the feature library that contain the exact string entered, anywhere in the code or description field.
Stake To the alignment option now included in General Survey – measure your position relative to an alignment to see the station, offset and V. dist values from your current position.
Improved workflow when adjusting conventional instruments – return back to the Adjust screen after completing an instrument adjustment. The electronic level screen now includes a Calib softkey that takes you to the Compensator calibration.
Configure behavior when exiting the Define or Survey menus in Roads – configure the software to either return to the main menu, or to display the Select a file screen which enables you to select a different road.
