Frontier Precision is excited to start taking registrations for the 2014 Minnesota Trimble Geospatial Users Group! The event will take place on Tuesday April 1st, at the Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove, MN. This will be an exciting event that you will not want to miss. We will be presenting what is new in the Trimble Geospatial portfolio, as well as a deep dive into Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center. And as always, we will have our group Q&A session where we will answer all of your Trimble related questions. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. The registration deadline is March 28, 2014.
This morning we had our webinar “Surveying Without Boundaries- Trimble R10 Enhancements and the Trimble V10 Imaging Rover”. We would like to thank everyone that attended. There were a lot of really good questions that were asked. If you were unable to attend, or wish to re-watch the webinar, we have created a blog page containing the recording, as well as additional information. If you have any additional sales or technical questions on these updates, contact your local Frontier Precision sales representative.
“Surveying Without Boundaries – Trimble R10 GNSS Enhancements and the new Trimble V10 Imaging Rover”
Please join us for a free Frontier Technology Webinar on Nov. 22nd.
This Frontier Technology Webinar will discuss the new enhancements of the Trimble R10 GNSS System, and how they improve your efficiency, including:
– New SurePoint Precise Positioning for up to 15° pole tilt.
– CenterPoint RTX for near RTK Level Positioning without a base station or VRS
We will also introduce the new Trimble V10 Imaging Rover. The Trimble V10 with Trimble VISION™ technology, leverages calibrated imaging sensors allowing images to be captured directly from the range pole. Twelve calibrated cameras – seven panoramic and five downward-looking – integrated in the Trimble V10 provide complete site visualization and documentation with a 60 MP panoramic image that can be used to make photogrammetric measurements. This technology webinar will be very informative and a must see for survey and civil engineering professionals. Sign up today!
Intergeo 2013 kicked off last night with a bang! Trimble introduced some exciting new products, enhancements, services and upgrades. Trimble has once again proven that they are the industry leaders. We are very excited about the new technologies, and what they will do for Geospatial professionals. All of these new technologies are designed to enhance the field and office workflow, and allow users to capture data like they have never been able to before. Some of the new additions to the Geospatial portfolio are:
Trimble R10 Enhancements – Using Trimble SurePoint™ technology, the system will automatically adjust for pole-tilt up to 15 degrees from plumb. With the addition of the Trimble CenterPoint RTX technology, a subscription service delivers real-time 4 centimeter or better corrections, without requiring the of a base station, VRS network, or additional hardware.
Trimble CenterPoint RTX – New Post Processing Service that is a great alternative to OPUS, and delivers accuracy less than 2 centimeters. Free Trimble RTX mobile app for Android smartphones and tablets.
Trimble V10 Imaging Rover – An integrated camera system that precisely captures 60 MP, 360 degree digital panoramic images for visual documentation and measurement. Integrate the V10 with the Trimble R10, VX, S8, or S6, take measurements and create comprehensive deliverables using Trimble Business Center office software.
Trimble TX8 3D Laser Scanner – A time-of-flight based scanner that measures at 1 million points per second. The Trimble TX8 utilizes Lightning™ technology that delivers uncompromising performance in terms of range, accuracy and speed of measurement. Complete 360 degree scans in 3 minutes or less, with a range of 120 meters, with an optional upgrade to 340 meters. Integrates seamlessly with Trimble RealWorks.
